The IATL is proud the announce the launch of a new global project, Leadership in Action: Corporate Vision, Cultural Capital, whose aim is to promote remarkable private investment models that have contributed to building cultural legacy all over the world in recent years.

Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2024, JTI Encounters is the first selected case study. This annual event is recognized as a trademark of artistic excellence dedicated to iconic contemporary dance performances, supported by our partner organisation – JTI. Inaugurated in 2000 by Béjart Ballet Lausanne, JTI Encounters have hosted world famous choreographers and companies including Martha Graham Dance Company, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Akram Khan Company, Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, Sylvie Guillem and Russell Maliphant, Alonzo King Lines Ballet, Maria Pagés and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Noism, and Ballets Jazz Montréal. The upcoming edition will feature B.DANCE Company presenting the show ALICE, created by the promising choreographer and artistic director Po-Cheng Tsai.

The IATL will mark this jubilee in partnership with Sibiu International Theatre Festival through the JTI Encounters – 25th Anniversary Conference, an open forum about nurturing universal leadership values and designing visionary cultural projects.
