World Theatre Day Message by Theodoros Terzopoulos

We are proud to share the official World Theatre Day Message conveyed in numerous languages by distinguished theatre artist and educator Theodoros Terzopoulos, IATL Advisory Board Member. His words are meant to inspire all of us to continue to uphold the values of theatre in a world that seems dominated by division and violence. In times that for many stage artists are defined by severe hardship and even existential uncertainty, we must remember what theatre really signifies for humanity, and never abandon the sense of hope that binds us together.
