Wuzhen Theatre Festival 2024 celebrated its Solidity

This year, the Wuzhen Theatre Festival has reached its 11th edition, under an inspirational theme – Solidity: Spirit like a torch; faith like a great rock. This iconic artistic event, led by Stan Lai, China’s foremost theatre artist and IATL Advisory Board Member, featured exceptional performances directed by Eugenio Barba, Krzysztof Warlikowski, Wajdi Mouawad, Tadashi Suzuki, and other prestigious theatre directors. We extend our sincere congratulations for the festival’s continued dedication to fostering creativity and cultural exchange through theatre. Each edition is a celebration of theatrical talent from around the globe, which not only enriches the cultural landscape of contemporary performing arts, but also strengthens international connectivity and theatre leadership!
